TO : Karen Ann Miles

Tammy, I am writing you concerning my appreciation for all the hard work my IRPP Consultant Karen Ann Miles did to ensure a smooth transition on my move from Yellowknife NT to North Bay ON. Unlike most moves, coming out of an isolated post poses some difficulties in itself and Karen handled these particular problems in an extremely proficient manner making our move a definite success. Karen always responded to all my questions in a very expedient manner and explained policies in a clear and concise manner. Karen is very professional in her work and an asset to the IRPP organization. I wish all my prior moves were as smooth as this one, which is all due to Karen's hard work and pleasant customer service skills. Please pass on my appreciation to her.

Hi Caroline,

Thank you very, very much for all the help you provided. The whole experience was excellent. I realize that I am extremely fortunate to have had a good move policy working for me, but your help navigating that was invaluable. Good luck and if I ever have to move again, I can only hope to have someone as helpful as you to help steer me in the right direction again.

TO : Mathew Nepssy

I'd like to thank you once again for the excellent service you provided in assisting us with our move. I've always felt that you were in our corner, and ready to help whenever we needed it. I've been impressed with how well you stayed on top of the details and "quirks" of our move, and your willingness to explore options within the scope of the program to accommodate our wishes, even when this meant more work for you. In a day when "customer service" is usually means "lip service", you've stood out. Thanks for your effort and support.

Dear Mr. Wentworth. My wife Guylaine and I, would like to express our appreciation for the excellent service we have received since we met our relocation Consultant, Mrs. Nathalie Bouchard, in February 2005.

Since day one, we have been very impressed about her courteous, her professionalism and overall congenial atmosphere. It seems to us that we were talking with a friendly family although we did not know her. A friendly family that is certainly doing her best to please us, (the military) and this, is very important. She has always treated us honestly and fairly.

Overall, her performance was outstanding and she definitely provided the best logistical support to us. Finally, We ask that you pass our many thanks to Mrs. Bouchard, The day we met you, you promised that we would be looked after. Thanks for keeping that promise. Mr. Wentworth, you can be proud of her and the way she does her business. Sincerely. Merci beaucoup.

This is a brief letter commending the services provided to my family and myself by Caroline Gregg. As a member of the Department of National Defence, I was relocated from Halifax to Ottawa this summer and Caroline was our RL representative. Not only was she extremely friendly and personable but also extremely professional and resourceful.// Several colleagues of mine also moved at the same time and I had heard several complaints by them over the service they has received from Royal LePage. I do not know whether these complaints were justifed or not, but I can assure you that we had none with Caroline. Our move was turbulent, to be polite, and we had many problems with appraisal companies, realtors and moving companies. To be glib, if anything could have happened, it did with us. However, Caroline provided useful timely advise that helped us with our decisions. For example, at one point my wife and I discovered that our current realtor misrepresented the value of our Dartmouth home in her market evaluation report. The service industry, in general, is riddled with people who do the minimum amount of effort to get by and it is refreshing to have dealt with someone who really knows her material, really seems to care about your well being and really tries to get you the most that you deserve.

I would like to begin by thanking RLRS, for the excellent service provided. Your assistance during my move helped make it as stress free as it could be. I am specially writing to you, Mr Bélair, to comment on the superior service that I received from Caroline Gregg, the Consultant assigned to my file. She was very pleasant to talk to, helped me a great deal by answering my questions, in the numerous times I called or sent her an e-mail. She also would help in ways that wsere in my opinion beyond her job duties. She helped me gain self-confidence as I was very nervous and doubting, that I woule be able to do my new job. I was also overwhelmed about the amount of money my department was willing to pay to help me relocate. She helped me realise that I must be qualified and worth if if they chose to relocate me. She was always available for any questions, and always was in a good mood, and would answer in a very friendly and pleasant manner. Thank you Mr. Bélair, for having such a wonderful employee who assisted me in a time of change in my life.

I am writing today to express my complete satisfaction with services received from Karen Dean, relocation consultant with Royal LePage relocation services, during our recent transfer to Dawson Creek with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. For my family, this was the first time transferring within the RCMP. After receiving information on the IRP and documents relating to the transfer, I can assure you I was sufficiently confused so as to require a guide through the process. To my complete satisfaction, Karen Dean acted as a knowledgeable guide to the transfer process. Karen's understanding of the process assisted us in selling our home in Terrace, despite a depressed maker and a difficult sale. As it is in all things, I am certain there was a great deal of "behind the scenes" business to which I was not privy; I have gleaned here and there signs of Karen's efforts to liaise with the various parties involved and I am truly thankful for her assistance in making the transition smooth.

Congratulations - Exceptional Level of Service//Ms. McLean,//My family and I were posted from Kingston to Ganter NF in July 2004. I wish to take this opportunity to let you know how much my wife Brigitte and I were pleased and impressed with the quality of service provided to us by Mr. Dave Pilon.//We believe that Mr. Pilon went "well beyond the call of duty"" in facilitating our move to Gander. Our move was made more challenging than average because at the very last minute it was confirmed that due to service reasons, I would be separated from my family for the entire move process. Not only did Mr. Pilon answer all our quetions with great precision and in a very timely manner but he also went to great lengths in helping us to resolve issues with our lawyer and the mortgage institution. In addition, Mr. Pilon was quite capable to communicate with in French, which was particularly helpful for my wife.//My spouse and I sincerely beleive that Mr. Pilon deserves special recognition for the admirable service that he provided to us. We think that without Mr. Pilon's exceptional expertise and dedication,

My family and I are currently relocation from Halifax to Victoria and I would like to express our thanks to our staff for their assistance throughout this process. After 25 years with the military, this is our first move out of the Halifax area. It was a short notice move, and despite this, we have been extremely pleased with the effort and professionalism put forth by our IRPP rep, Patti Neilson. As we were unfamiliar with the process, Patti ws very patient and thorough in explaining all aspects of our move; the initial consultation went well past normal working hours yet she remained positive in our requests whenever possible and made good alternate suggestions when a better way was available. We were apprehensive going into this mobe but Patti has made it a positive experience. She helped us make good choices and provided sound advice on avoiding common mistakes. Please pass our thanks and appreciation to Patti and let her know that we look forward to working with her again in a few years.

This letter serves as testimonial of our appreciation regarding the efficiency of the services rendered by Mrs. Cindy Comeau. We would like to emphasize the professionalism demonstrated by Mrs. Comeau, with whom we had the pleasure to work and collaborate with my wife and I during the past few months. With her courtesy and her sense of organization, it was a pleasure for us to deal with Mrs. Comeau. The bilingual service was also very much appreciated since it allowed us to comprehend numerous documents required by the sale and the purchase of a house between provinces as a result of a transfer. The professional qualities demonstrated by Mrs. Comeau are priceless within an organization such as yours. We are leaving with very nice memories of the process and it isn't with regrets that we must accept this transfer to Quebec. It is with the excellent service we received in Winnipeg that we will maintain a working relationship with your office in Valcartier, Quebec, confidant that your example and the one of Mrs. Comeau.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation and presentation at the Second Career Assistance Network seminar held at the Area Support Unit Toronto on 19 and 20 April 2004. Your support of our program helped make the seminar a success. The seminar critiques that were returned at the end of the seminar as well as the comments that were made to me during the break periods were all very favorable. Your presentation was rated as very high regarding presentation quality and relevance of information. Overall, the seminar is rated as being relevant and informative and the majority felt that the seminar occurred at the right time during their career. One theme that was recurring on the critiques was information overloand and too much relevant information in too short a time. Again, I would like to thank you on behalf of the members who attended and myself. Your presentation was very well received and helped make the seminar a success.

We would like to express our gratitude to Mrs. Cher Smyth for her outstanding service and support that she provided us in preparation of our new posting to CFB Edmonton. From the moment that we started doing business with Cher, we saw how precise she was with all the documents. Mrs. Smyth ensures that we had everythin in had without any nuisance. She presented a very informative package, with excellent knowledge and professionalism. She was very well prepared; as well as she ensured that we undrestood all the features. If she did not know the answer of our questions, she was quick in researching the answers and getting back to us. We felt without a doubt, that we could put our trust in Cher. Her enthusiasm attitude and her meticulous work were the key to our peace of mind. Please convey our special recognition to Mrs. Cher Smyth for her valuable contribution. Her participation and hard work were very much appreciated.
